Following his WWE Universal title win at Fastlane on Sunday night, Goldberg let the fans know what he thinks of their potty mouths
This past Sunday night at WWE Fastlane, we saw something take place that some thought we would never, ever see. Bill Goldberg, in the year 2017, became a top title holder in WWE once again after he defeated Kevin Owens in convincing fashion to earn the Universal Championship. Following a distraction from Chris Jericho’s entrance music, Goldberg owned Owens, finishing him off for good with the signature spear and jackhammer.
It seems, though, that Owens was not the only person that Goldberg owned on Sunday night. Nope, after the show was over and he was celebrating his title win, the former WCW star owned some fans as well.
As Goldberg was walking around the ring celebrating with the fans in attendance, someone made the very bad decision of dropping an F-Bomb. With Goldberg being the role model that he is these days, he took time away from his celebration to give the fans all a lesson in using foul language when children are around.
Hey, in the PG-Era WWE promotes these days, you can’t be doing that stuff. And now everyone is on notice that if you do happen to spew your potty mouth around the new top dog on RAW, he will be sure to let you know about it.
This really isn’t all that surprising, though, when you remember that Goldberg is a huge family man these days. In fact, one of the only reasons that we got to see his impossible return was so that his young son could see him compete in the ring at least once. Of course, that “once” ended up turning into a title run.
You don’t tug on Superman’s cape and you better watch your mouth around Goldberg!
