Bayern Munich face Eintracht Frankfurt at the Allianz Arena on Saturday, March 11. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Bayern Munich enter matchday 24 of the Bundesliga season on top of the table with a seven point lead over RB Leipzig. Eintracht Frankfurt sit sixth in table, but have lost four consecutive games.

Bayern have been on an incredible run over the past four games. They ended February by embarrassing Hamburg 8-0. In their two previous Bundesliga games, Bayern beat Koln and Schalke 3-0. Tuesday, Bayern travelled to London and destroyed Arsenal 5-1. Needless to say, they’re playing the best they have all season under first-year manager Carlo Ancelotti.

Despite not scoring in Bayern’s win over Koln, Robert Lewandowski scored from the spot in the win over Arsenal. The Polish superstar now has 31 goals in 35 games across all competitions. Lewandowski will likely be one of the three finalists for the Ballon d’Or and FIFA Player of the Year awards.

Frankfurt have picked the wrong time to go on a losing streak. They took an early 1-0 lead against Freiburg last week, but lost 2-1. Eintracht have lost four consecutive games and have only scored four goals since the start of 2017. Frankfurt have struggled with discipline throughout the season, collecting 61 yellow and six red cards this season.

Frankfurt defender Marco Russ made his return last week from testicular cancer. The German defender has made over 240 appearances for Eintracht. Russ made his return in the German Cup, but did not feature for Niko Kovac’s side last week against Freiburg.

In their first meeting this season, Eintracht Frankfurt were able to steal a point with a 2-2 draw. Given the level that Bayern have been playing at lately, and how poorly Frankfurt have been in 2017, don’t expect another draw.
