Everton beat West Brom 3-0 at Goodison Park on Saturday, March 11. Here are all the highlights from the match.

Everton and West Brom canceled each other out for most of the first half of their Premier League encounter Saturday. But for a couple of Romelu Lukaku half-chances, neither side put the other under any real pressure at all.

The Toffees dominated the ball, unsurprisingly, as the visitors were happy to soak up pressure and play on the break. As is so often the case with this Baggies side, however, their attack was about as uninspired as their defense was solid.

Everton got a deserved lead in the 39th minute, when Kevin Mirallas scored after Ben Foster spilled a powerful Ross Barkley effort.

They doubled their lead five minutes later with an excellent team goal. Gareth Barry played a nice pass with the outside of his foot into the path of Lukaku, who turned two defenders before playing in Morgan Schneiderlin, who finished well past Foster after two excellent touches to set himself up.

The second half may as well not have been played at all, such was Everton’s dominance and West Brom’s apparent disinterest. The Toffees were in complete control, and added a third in the 83rd minute, heading in from a Barkley cross.
