After conference tournaments wrap up, the next big event in the March Madness celebration is the Selection Show on Selection Monday. This year, the 2017 NCAA Women’s Selection Show is on March 13 on ESPN. Women’s hoops fans can expect to see UConn at the top of the pack once again following another record breaking perfect season. Fans will also be excited to see how Kelsey Plum and the Washington Huskies do at the Big Dance following her ascension to the leading scorer in NCAA Women’s Basketball history.

Of those five teams, Baylor was the only team that didn’t win its respective conference tournament, losing to West Virginia title game.
