How to find truTV on your TV lineup if your provider is Comcast.
The 2017 NCAA Basketball tournament is about to kick off. It’s the greatest few weeks in sport, as 64 teams vie for the title in a single elimination playoff. There will be upsets, close calls, buzzer beaters, and amazing stories to come from the weeks ahead.
The favorites are certainly the top seeds, which will include Kansas, Gonzaga, Villanova, and UNC. But there’s a wide chunk of parity at the top this year. Just 1.5 points in efficiency margin separate the 3rd-ranked team on KenPom from the 10th – and UCLA, Oregon, Duke, and Baylor aren’t even in that top 10. It feels like one of the most wide open tournaments – at least at the start – we’ve seen in years.
Villanova will have the best chance at a repeat in years. With a 1-seed in the East bracket, Villanova will enjoy the protected-seed life while playing in a friendly venue. Many players return from last year’s squad, and they’ll be among the favorites to make it to Phoenix. But we’ve seen them struggle with a top seed before, and anything can happen in the tournament.

The rest of the contenders are a typical bunch – Kansas and UNC are no strangers to the top line, and many of college basketball’s best programs each have squads that could win it all. Will Duke pull it all together? Can UCLA shoot its way past a bad defense into the Final Four, and maybe a title challenge? Will Gonzaga finally make it past the Elite 8, and silence doubters? There are so many answers we’re about to get with this tournament.
But the real question is: how can I watch it all? Especially in those early days of the tournament, with a game starting every half hour, there’s plenty of action to keep track of on channels you may never have seen. TruTV is always one of the trickiest to find. If your cable provider is Comcast, the XFINITY site channel lineup guide can tell you where to find any channel. You can access that guide by clicking here. Simply enter your locale, and Comcast will tell you how to find truTV. Happy March Madness.
