Is Blindspot new tonight, March 15? We tell you whether or not the NBC drama is airing a new episode and what to expect next.

Is Blindspot new tonight, March 15? That’s a burning question for fans of the Jaimie Alexander-led NBC drama, which has been missing in action for the last several weeks. The show’s still sitting on the bench this week, however.

Blindspot is not airing a new episode on Wednesday, March 15. Instead NBC will be showing a recap show for The Voice called “The Best of the Blind Auditions.” You can find out more about that catch-up episode and how to watch it here.

The next new episode of Blindspot is scheduled for next Wednesday, March 22 at 8 p.m.

When it returns the show will have spent three weeks off the air. It moved aside on March 1 to make room for the One Chicago crossover event, then was replaced on March 8 for an additional repeat episode of Law & Order: SVU.

But hopefully in the upcoming episode, “Evil Did I Dwell, Lewd Did I Live,” fans will get more of the answers that they’ve been waiting for about season 2. The identity of Nas Kamal’s (Archie Panjabi) source inside Sandstorm is expected to be revealed, to say nothing of the cliffhanger that left Nas fighting for her life when she was attacked by a mysterious would-be strangler.

Meanwhile, moving closer to Sandstorm could get thorny for Patterson (Ashley Johnson), who still has an axe to grind about the character formerly known as Dr. Borden (Ukweli Roach) having been revealed as the mole.

Hopefully almost a month off the air won’t be bad for Blindspot, which has struggled in the ratings since NBC moved it from its post-Voice Monday time slot to Wednesdays at 8 p.m. Be sure you tune back in next Wednesday to find out what happens next.
