The USC Trojans and Providence Friars will compete in the First Four of the 2017 March Madness on Wednesday night.
After an exciting first night of the First Four of March Madness on Tuesday night, the final two games before the Round of 64 will take place on Wednesday night. The big game on Wednesday night, will feature the USC Trojans and Providence Friars competing in a battle of No. 11 seeds.
These two teams are no strangers to each other either. They met in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last year and now they’re competing against each other again this year. This time, the winner will move onto the first round.

Providence had the added bonus of Kris Dunn last season, but they still have a talented team that can get the job done this year. Last year’s game ended with a huge late shot that saw Providence win by one point and leave the Trojans heartbroken.

Watching USC will be interesting in terms of how deep the Pac-12 really is. The Trojans haven’t had a signature win since January, and it could be argued that they just as easily could have been on the outside looking in.
