Gonzaga vs South Dakota State live stream: Watch March Madness 2017 online
Here’s how to live stream first round action in the West Region of the 2017 NCAA Tournament between the top seeded Gonzaga Bulldogs and No. 16 South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
The Gonzaga Bulldogs will look to start a run to the Final Four with a victory over the 16 seed South Dakota State Jackrabbits in the first round of the 2017 NCAA Tournament on Thursday in Salt Lake City.
Gonzaga enters the Big Dance as the No. 1 seed in the West Region following a 32-1 season and WCC Tournament victory over a good Saint Mary’s team. While many will doubt the Bulldogs due to their weak conference, they beat the likes of Iowa State, Florida and Arizona on neutral courts earlier in the year.

Mark Few has arguably the most balanced team in the country, as Gonzaga grades out as elite unit on both ends of the floor. Point guard Nigel Williams-Goss has been one of the most productive overall players in the nation this year, while 7-foot-1, 288-pound center Przemek Karnowski is a lot to handle due to his size and excellent passing ability.

South Dakota State is headed to its second straight NCAA Tournament following an 18-16 regular season and unlikely run through the Summit League Tournament. The Jackrabbits erased an 11-point halftime deficit in the semifinals against South Dakota on Michael Orris’ jumper with two seconds left before beating Omaha by a bucket in the title game.

While this South Dakota State team is not quite as good as the Nate Wolters squads of 2012-2013, Mike Daum is one of the more exciting mid-major players in the tournament. Daum averaged 25.3 points per game on 51.6 shooting from the field this year, including a 51-point outing in a win over Fort Wayne in late February.
