The New Orleans Pelicans (27-41) will host the Houston Rockets (47-21) on Friday night. Here is how to watch this exciting game online.

There are eight NBA games on the schedule for Friday night. Even though March Madness will be in its second day, NBA teams will be gearing up for the playoffs, which are about a month away. One of those games tonight will be a heated battle between the New Orleans Pelicans (27-41) and the Houston Rockets (47-21). The game will tipoff at Smoothie King Center at 8:00 p.m. E.T.

Root Sports Southwest will be carrying tonight’s game in the Houston area. FOX Sports New Orleans will show the game in the New Orleans area. This game will not be nationally televised tonight, but the available live streams can be found on League Pass (NBA.com) and FuboTV.

New Orleans enters tonight’s game sitting at the 13th position in the Western Conference. After acquiring DeMarcus Cousins in the trade of the year, the Pelicans are still trying to figure things out. They are 5.5 games back of the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference and will probably not make the playoffs unless things fall in the exact place that the Pelicans need them to. New Orleans is 4-6 in their last ten and is 16-18 at their home arena this season.

Houston enters tonight’s game sitting in the No. 3 seed in the West. The Rockets are having a great season with their MVP candidate, James Harden. They have already clinched the playoffs and are coasting until the start of the postseason. They are 6.5 games ahead of the Utah Jazz who are fourth in the Western Conference. The Rockets are 7-3 in their last ten and are 22-12 on the road.
