A complete schedule for all the action on Saturday and Sunday in the 2017 NCAA Tournament Second Round
Whenever you look at the 2017 NCAA Tournament and March Madness getting underway, thereās one thing everyone can root for: chaos. Even if youāre favorite team is in the Big Dance, itās just too much fun to not want the lower seeds to pull off upsets and big things to happen.
Unfortunately, the Round of 64 didnāt have much of that at all. A good portion of the First Round played out chalk, actually making history in a dubious way. This was the rare occurrence when the top four seeds in each region avoided being upset.
Even stranger, though, was just the general lack of upsets. Yes, lower seeds won several games. No that doesnāt mean they were upset. Teams like Rhode Island, Middle Tennessee and Xavier simply deserved far more credit coming into the NCAA Tournament than they got from the committee.
