An updated 2017 NCAA Tournament bracket with the Second Round now set with all 32 winners from Thursday and Friday
After 16 teams earned victories to punch their tickets to the Second Round of March Madness on Thursday, there were still 16 empty slots on everyone’s 2017 NCAA Tournament bracket. That all changed throughout the slate of games on Friday, which featured some incredible action throughout.
The day in college hoops got started with a fantastic offensive-minded matchup between Oklahoma State and Michigan. It went down to the wire, but the No. 7-seeded Wolverines were able to edge out the Cowboys to get the win.
Meanwhile, the USC Trojans proved once again to be the comeback kings. They trailed the SMU Mustangs—a sleeper in the minds of many—by double digits at one point on Friday. However, they wouldn’t be denied and clawed back to get the one-point victory and advance.
