The Oregon Ducks face the Rhode Island Rams on Second Round Sunday of the 2017 NCAA Tournament. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
The Oregon Ducks looked like a potential National Championship dark horse for much of the 2016-17 regular season. In their opening round win in March Madness, they looked quite good again. However, they’ll be put to the test in a big way on Second Round Sunday in the 2017 NCAA Tournament when they face the Rhode Island Rams on March 19 in Sacramento, CA.
Dillon Brooks still leads the way for Oregon and is a true game-changer when he’s on the floor. Flanked by the likes of Jordan Bell and Tyler Dorsey, this is a team that’s loaded and dangerous at any moment. However, the Ducks are also short-handed in the tournament. Big man Chris Boucher had his season ended due to injury in the Pac-12 Tournament. Thus, they’re at a disadvantage in that regard.
Rhode Island will look to exploit that in any way they can. The Rams are one of the hottest teams in the tourney right now. After a March Madness upset to start their run over Creighton, E.C. Matthews, Hassan Martin and Kuran Iverson will hope to add another notch to their belt.

At full-strength, this matchup would likely go in favor of Oregon relatively heavily. However, the Ducks aren’t. Therefore, you have to be looking out for an upset bid. Rhode Island is red-hot right now and should take this one to the wire at the very least.
