Here’s how to watch Thursday’s West Region Sweet 16 matchup between the top-seeded Gonzaga Bulldogs and No. 4 West Virginia Mountaineers online.

A spot in the West Regional Final will be on the line when the top-seeded Gonzaga Bulldogs take on the No. 4 seed West Virginia Mountaineers in a Sweet 16 showdown on Thursday night at the SAP Center.

Gonzaga raced out to a 18-point halftime lead over eight seed Northwestern in Saturday’s Second Round matchup before holding on for a 79-73 victory. Mark Few’s team is in its third straight Regional Semifinal and will be looking for its second Elite Eight appearance over that span.

Nigel Williams-Goss continued his terrific season by leading the Bulldogs with 20 points, eight rebounds and four assists in the win over the Wildcats. Zach Collins chipped in 14 points off the bench to help make up for an unproductive game by Przemek Karnowski and poor second half from Gonzaga’s typically stout defense.

Thursday’s game begins at 7:39 p.m. Eastern on TBS, with full streaming details available below.

After battling hard for a six-point victory over Bucknell in the opening round, the Mountaineers turned in an impressive performance in Saturday’s 83-71 win over No. 5 Notre Dame. West Virginia is in the Sweet 16 for the fourth time under Bob Huggins and will be looking for a trip to the Elite Eight for the first time since 2010.

While Notre Dame did a decent enough job breaking a West Virginia press that forces the most turnovers in the nation, the Mountaineers connected on 8-of-14 shots from beyond the arc to key the victory. Jevon Carter led West Virginia with 27 points, with four other Mountaineers scoring at least 11 points.
