England face Lithuania at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, March 26. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

England resume their World Cup qualifying campaign when they host Lithuania. The Three Lions are on top UEFA’s Group F with 10 points from four games. England need to take care of business to maintain their two-point lead over second-place Slovenia.

Manager Gareth Southgate elected to call up a rather young and inexperienced squad for the game against Lithuania. Only four players on the England roster are older than 30. Jermain Defoe, Jamie Vardy and Gary Cahill are the only outfield players older than 29. Defoe, Cahill and Joe Hart are the only players with more than 30 caps.

Lithuania have never qualified for a World Cup and their chances of qualifying in 2018 do not look good. After four games, Lithuania are fourth in the six team group with five points. Lithuania drew with Slovenia and Scotland in their first two games. In the third game, they defeated Malta before losing to Slovakia. The Lithuanian roster called up for the game against England does not feature any players playing in any of Europe’s top four leagues. Fiodor Cernych leads Lithuania and the group in scoring with three goals. The 25-year-old plays for Jagiellonia in the top Polish league.

England and Lithuania last met in October 2015, when the Three Lions defeated Lithuania 3-0. England should win by a similar score again. A win by Lithuania would be one of the bigger upsets in the current cycle of World Cup qualifying.

The team who finishes first in the group qualifies directly for the 2018 World Cup. The country who finishes second advances to the second round playoff.
