A Sixers employee stayed very true to his word, getting the likeness of Ben Simmons shaved into his head

Any decent human being knows that you’re supposed to keep your word no matter what; that’s just the way it is in life. That’s why a huge shoutout needs to be sent to the Philadelphia 76ers ticket staff, especially one employee, for staying 100 percent true to his word.

The story starts with the Sixers ticket sales staff setting a goal for themselves of 2,800 sales. If they were able to reach said goal, then Senior Vice President of Sales and Service Jake Reynolds would get Ben Simmons embedded into his head for the foreseeable future.

Well, the team was able to ultimately reach that goal, and of course, Reynolds did not take the easy way out by backing down from the promise. He absolutely went ahead and got the face of the rookie out of LSU shaved into the back of his head.

You see, now that right there is being an honorable person. There are a lot of people out there who would have gotten cold feet when it came time and backed down. But not Mr. Reynolds here. No, he stayed true to his word and he went through with it.

Simmons might not be on the court this season as he recovers from injury, but he’s now on the back of the head of a Sixers employee. That’s a step in the right direction.
