The 2017 MLB season is about to begin. MLB Extra Innings is a great way to not miss any games. How much does this out-of-market MLB television package cost?

It’s almost April. That means it is almost time for some Major League Baseball action. The 2017 MLB season begins this week and are you going to be able to catch your favorite team’s Opening Day game?

Even if you live in a land far away from your favorite MLB city, you can still watch all your favorite team’s games and then some with MLB Extra Innings. It is an excellent out-of-market television package put together by AT&T and DirecTV.

Of course, this premium television package isn’t going to be free. So how much coin will MLB Extra Innings cost you for the 2017 MLB season?

If a viewer wants to pay for it all up front, the full-season package will cost an avid baseball fan $172.74. Should the viewer want to stagger payments for the television product, it will cost $28.79 a month for six months.

The Major League Baseball regular season usually runs from early April until late September or the the first few days of October. At the end of the regular season, the top-five teams from each league get to play in the MLB Postseason with a shot at winning the World Series. All of those games are nationally televised and will be on display all October long.

A good reason to purchase MLB Extra Innings besides it being very affordable is that both the American and the National Leagues should have a handful of serious World Series contenders. The American League has teams like the Boston Red Sox, the Cleveland Indians and the New York Yankees. In the National League, can the Chicago Cubs repeat as World Series Champions?

This should be one of the better regular seasons in recent memory with a ton of intriguing storylines.
