WWE WrestleMania 33 is right around the corner now, which marks the biggest event of the year. All of your favorite stars in professional wrestling will probably be talking about it. Hereās 30 of the best follows in pro wrestling on Twitter.
Believe it or not, the superstars and the overall brand of World Wrestling Entertainment arenāt the only professional wrestling game in town. Companies such as Ring of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla have their own stars, along with many other independent wrestling companies around the planet.
Those men and women are just like you and me in the fact that they use social media, especially the Twitter machine thatās always enjoyable when it comes to rumors in the wrestling business.
Some are really good at Twitter. Some arenāt. Some have become even bigger than they already were because of their tweeting. Some tweet as if it was a programmed tweet or all of their tweets are sponsor-related tweets that bring in a few extra bucks outside of the ring.
If you like silly fans saying dumb things and getting roasted for it, Kevin Owens is your guy. If you want to hear about the ins and outs of the business, guys like Dave Meltzer and Lance Storm might be more of your cup of tea.
Before we get into our list of 30 stars, hereās a few that just missed the cut in the honorable mention section of this list.
Honorable Mention follows:
- Kofi Kingston (WWE): Kofiās one of the nicest people on the planet and the lone member of The New Day that didnāt make the cut for this 30-person list. (Yes, hereās your spoiler alert.) Still, Kofi is always up for interaction with everyone and his Instagram account is also worth a follow, too.
- Adam Cole (ROH): Itās Adam Cole, baybay! Bullet Club member, former Ring of Honor World Champion and a great follow on Twitter. Also, make sure you Too Sweet him when you @ him.
- Sasha Banks (WWE): If this was about Instagram accounts, Sasha Banks would be on this list. She may not have made the cut for Twitter follows, but that doesnāt mean sheās not worth following anyway. She is.
- John Cena (WWE): You may not be able to actually see him, but heās actually on Twitter. Heās not the master troll artist on Twitter that he is on Instagram, but heās still worthy of following. You never know what project will be in the works that heāll announce on there.
