No. 7: Paul Heyman (WWE)

Twitter handle: @HeymanHustle

Ladies and gentlemen, his name is Paul Heyman and he is the advocate for Brock Lesnar, and quite possibly one of the greatest talkers in the history of professional wrestling.

When Paul Heyman talks, you shut your mouth and listen to what he has to say. Heyman was always a great talker, but in this latest run with Brock Lesnar over the past six or so years, Heyman has reached iconic status with his legendary promo-cutting to make Lesnar already more intimidating than the former UFC Heavyweight Champion already is, which is scary.

When Paul Heyman tweets, it’s just as entertaining.

Why do you want to watch Bill Goldberg wrestle Brock Lesnar again at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando? Because Paul Heyman has told you to. That’s why.

Heyman retweets a lot of things on the Twitter machine, but when he actually does tweet, it’s good. It’s always about the show. It’s always about the product. You know, like his promos.

Yes, he ran Extreme Championship Wrestling. Yes, he was the color commentator with World Wrestling Federation during the time of the Invasion angle back in 2001. But yes, Heyman has really established himself as an all-time great in the pro wrestling business. He’s worked with some of the greats in the business like Lesnar and even Stone Cold Steve Austin before Austin became arguably the biggest star in wrestling, period.

Heyman’s a realist. Just like on the microphone when he makes Lesnar laugh at times during his talking segments, Heyman keeps it real.
