John Cena & Nikki Bella vs. The Miz & Maryse

On paper without having watched the build-up, you might be thinking that this match has no place on the card of WWE WrestleMania 33. And if you haven’t watched the build-up, you’d be right. However, this feud might actually have a better build than anything else on this show. Between The Miz and Maryse parody segments of Total Bellas and Cena’s promo on the go-home SmackDown, this has been phenomenal.

As for the match, though, Cena and Nikki truly do need to dominate this match, as Cena predicted in his promo. That’s not to say that this would ideally be a squash, but it needs to be decisive in the finish. And with all of the talk about Cena being unwilling to propose, the actual climax should be an in-ring proposal. Yes, it’s cheesy, but it’s the ideal outcome to end this.

The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns

It’s hard to escape the feeling that the build to The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns has been a bit lackluster. Other than the lights going out and Taker appearing, it’s been relatively lazy. Even if that’s the case, though, the important thing to note is that there is only one outcome that makes sense.

Roman Reigns has to win this match. It’s the simple, unwelcome fact about it. However, the ideal scenario would be that he doesn’t do it and continue on as this current iteration of his character. Instead, he needs to turn heel. I know that’s some fabled event that seems like it’ll never happen, but it’s been both hinted at and made sensible throughout the story between these two. Thus, the ideal outcome is Reigns pinning the Deadman, but while looking like “The (Bad) Guy.”
