Ryan Ramczyk

OT, Wisconsin

The Denver Broncos have been quiet about who will be their starting quarterback in 2016, as he may not even be on the roster right now. While John Elway has said the team is set with who they have currently, he may opt to bring in Tony Romo, who could prove to be the difference between this team making the playoffs, and falling just short next season. The defense returning is elite, despite the fact DeMarcus Ware retired, so we feel they will go offense at No. 20.

While there is no definitive answer as to who is playing quarterback, the bottom line is they need to bring in someone to play offensive tackle. Russell Okung was a liability at the position last season, and while the did bring in D.J. Fluke from the Los Angeles Chargers, he has had his issues in protection during his career. Wisconsin’s Ryan Ramczyk was the best offensive tackle in college football last season, and he would be a perfect fit in Denver.

First year head coach Vance Joseph has his work cut out for him, as in addition to quarterback, there is no real answer at running back. The team does have some talent on the outside, but without a solid offensive line, they are going to struggle to put up points once again in 2017. Ramczyk has the size and strength to stay on the left side at the next level, which means Fluker can move to the right side, where he would likely be more efficient.
