Cam Robinson

OT, Alabama

The Seattle Seahawks have been in the news quite a bit lately, as former star running back Marshawn Lynch is thinking about coming out of retirement. While some believe he may end up in Oakland, the Seahawks should be fine at running back, as they brought in former Green Bay Packer Eddie Lacy. Cornerback Richard Sherman should be back healthy in 2017, though it appears the team is fielding calls to possibly trade the pro bowler.

As they head into the draft, they have to be concerned with the depth on the offensive line. The defensive secondary could also use some help, but with the draft class being so deep, they can likely get one in the second round. Cam Robinson of Alabama is a guy who could be a solid offensive tackle at the next level, and Seattle needs to do a much better job in protecting quarterback Russell Wilson.

Robinson anchored an offensive line at Alabama that went to two straight National Championship games, so he has the winning mentality needed to play for head coach Pete Carroll. While he may move over to the right side at the next level, he gives the Seahawks added depth at a premium position. Seattle should be right back in the mix next season, but if Wilson continues to run for his life, they are going to have a tough time putting up points come playoff time.
