High Value PF

Trevor Ariza – Houston Rockets ($5900): I noted earlier that Ariza has been going off since he was moved to the power forward slot, with totals of 38.75, 35, and 50.5 in his last three games. The price is still inviting at just $5900, and a matchup with the Warriors means mega-fantasy points are available. Ariza should have little problem hitting value tonight.

Brendan Wright – Memphis Grizzlies ($3400): Marc Gasol is out again tonight so Wright will get plenty of minutes again tonight and it’s against a Dallas team that not only doesn’t defend well against bigs, but they are poor on the boards too. Don’t expect 10x value but getting close to 8x seems reasonable for Wright.

Frank Kaminsky – Charlotte Hornets ($5100): Frank the Tank has an excellent matchup tonight against the Nuggets at home. The Nugs are near the very bottom of the league in opponents field goal and three-point percentage, so expect Frank to get plenty of open looks and hit value tonight.

Serge Ibaka – Toronto Raptors ($5600): The Pacers have been horrible on the boards all year and they also don’t defend bigs well. If Ibaka is ever going to exceed value and post a big number it would seem like tonight would offer a great opportunity for that. He’s averaged a bit more than 30 FP per game against them this season, so it’s not fait accompli. But on paper he looks like a decent play tonight.

Justin Anderson ($4000): Robert Covington is out tonight so Anderson should get healthy minutes tonight. He has shown he can prodcuce when given enough run and that will be the case tonight. The Cavs defense has been an utter mess of late, and Anderson can be rostered at either the small or power forward slot.
