We’re just days, no … hours from WrestleMania 33 in Orlando. I know, right? Holy crap. Before the Show of Shows on Sunday night, here’s a look at our final FanSided WWE Superstar Power Rankings before the six hours of chaos this weekend.
WrestleMania 33 is the “Ultimate Thrill Ride”, or so WWE has told us for the last few days and it’s become the most annoying catchphrase for a pay-per-view in the history of professional wrestling.
We’re so close to the Show of Shows on Sunday night. It’s a jam-packed weekend — that includes a star-studded WWE Hall of Fame class and a NXT: TakeOver special — and could be complete and utter chaos. Shane McMahon might leap out of a moving rollercoaster or something. That’s how crazy things could get.
Over on RAW this past Monday night, Roman Reigns and The Undertaker had one final staredown before their encounter at WrestleMania, Sami Zayn beat Kevin Owens and Nia Jax took out virtually the entire Raw women’s division.
On SmackDown Live the next night, John Cena called The Miz a naughty word, Naomi showed up out of nowhere and Randy Orton portrayed something out of a creepy religion-based film.
Stuff got strange, but hey, that’s wrestling.
Having said that, we still have one more power rankings list before the biggest show of the night for WWE. Here’s this week’s FanSided WWE Power Rankings, including a new No. 1 star on the list.
(No, not Jericho’s list.)
(Disclaimer: The wrestlers chosen for this power rankings list only appear on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live, so that means no NXT/205Live specific stars are on this list.)
