Which celebrity will be the second to leave this season of Dancing with the Stars, and could we see someone who didn’t have the lowest score go home?

Week 3 of this season of Dancing with the Stars brings just the second elimination of the season, likely because the show didn’t score a two-night premiere as it has in seasons past. Looking at last week’s scores, Charo, Mr. T, and Nick Viall (what a lineup) probably are closest to elimination. Mr. T had the lowest score with 22; Charo and Viall, meanwhile, earned 25 points apiece.

Between the three of them, Charo may be the most in danger despite not being on the bottom entirely. Mr. T is perhaps more well-known than she, and the two have taken very different approaches to their time on the show, to say the least. Meanwhile, Viall’s likely the most prominent in the current popular consciousness. Being on the most recent season of The Bachelor will do that.

Of course, it’s unwise to assume that scores mean everything, and we could have a shocking elimination already. Voting does still matter, especially when the judges have already been tough. No one scored higher than 32 last week.

Before the lighting crew breaks out the red lights, though, we’ll get to see some dancing. ABC’s press release has the details about who’s doing what on Vegas Night (and yes, it’s Vegas Night, although last week’s episode barely mentioned it):

"Simone Biles & Sasha Farber – QuickstepBonner Bolton & Sharna Burgess – CharlestonCharo & Keo Motsepe – FoxtrotErika Jayne & Gleb Savchenko – JiveRashad Jennings & Emma Slater – SambaNancy Kerrigan & Artem Chigvintsev – SambaNormani Kordei & Valentin Chmerkovskiy – FoxtrotHeather Morris & Maksim Chmerkovskiy – TangoMr. T & Kym Herjavec – FoxtrotDavid Ross & Lindsay Arnold – JazzNick Viall & Peta Murgatroyd – Tango"

Although the press release does have Maks Chmerkovskiy listed, he’s almost certainly not dancing. Outlets like US Weekly have reported he underwent surgery this week, though he’d like to return before the end of the season, provided Heather Morris makes it that far. That report also adds that Alan Bersten will continue as her temporary partner.
