The Texas Longhorns are still searching for the answer as they try to become a power in college football once again. They have tabbed Tom Herman as the next coach to lead them to a resurgence and the time is now for Herman to make an impact.
Although his recruiting class didn’t exactly jump off the page to begin his tenure, he has the tools necessary to succeed and young players that are ready to take on big roles. Developing these players and finding the right chemistries is going to be key to the success of the program.
The best place to find out these answers is at the 2017 Texas Football spring game. The game will officially take place in Austin, on April 15. That’s where Herman can get a real good look at his team and how his players perform.

Expectations are going to be high for Herman as he enters the Longhorns program. With the hype he built for himself at Houston, Herman’s going to be expected to have a major impact right away and show that he can get the program turned around immediately.
