Charley Hoffman will look to build off of a hot start when the second round of the Masters takes place from Augusta on Friday.
The first round of the Masters provided plenty of challengers to golfers chasing the elusive green jacket. After bad weather the day before, the first round was a windy day that created for quite the obstacle to the top of the leader board. However, that didn’t stop Charley Hoffman from putting together a remarkable round.
Hoffman shot a seven-under-par to pace the field and give himself a big advantage heading into Friday. It was one of those days where even settling for par was considered a success for the golfers on the course.
