Outfielders – High-Salary Option

Mike Trout $4900 – As good as Felix Hernandez has been in his career, Trout has dominated their matchup in every appearance. Trout is batting .382 with seven home runs against Hernandez. I’ll say it again, seven home runs against Hernandez. He has also recorded four doubles and two triples against him while batting in 19 runs. Trout hits better at home as well, where he will get Hernandez today, in probably the best matchup of the day. *****

Bryce Harper $4700 –  Harper hits a career .636 against Aaron Nola in 12 plate appearances. Out of his seven hits, two of them have been home runs, hitting one each of the past two years. If Harper and the Nationals can get on Nola quick they will have a good chance to win the game today. **

George Springer $4200 – Springer has only appeared at the plate nine times while Duffy was on the mound, but  already has one triple, two home runs, and three walks to show for it. Adding to those stats, he also has five runs batted in and three runs scored. Springer is already off to one of the best starts in the league this season with three home runs in five games, and he will look to continue his hot bat today. ***
