Matt Kuchar hits a hole-in-one in Masters, signs ball for kid (Video)

Matt Kuchar hits a ridiculous hole-in-one on 16 in Round 4 of the 2017 Masters. After celebrating, he signs the ball and gives it to a young kid.
There is one hole at Augusta National that produces more hole-in-ones than any of the other 18 on the golf course: No. 16, also known as “Redbud”. In the history of The Masters Tournament, there have been 28 aces. 19 of them have come on 16, including Matt Kuchar’s in Round 4 on Sunday.
Kuchar was three under par when he made it to the 16th tee. He would nail his drive just right, landing just ahead of the pin and with enough momentum to roll in for the incredible hole-in-one. After making that impressive shot, Kuchar would sign the golf ball and give it to a kid watching him sink that eagle.
The kid was wearing a bright orange shirt. So either his parents didn’t want to lose him in Augusta or he really just likes Rickie Fowler? Either way, he’s now a fan of Kuchar for life. Kuchar just gave the kid the ball to his biggest shot at Augusta National ever, so he better be a fan now.
Entering Round 4, Kuchar was at even par. Thanks to that impressive hole-in-one on “Redbud”, Kuchar was able to shoot a 67 on Sunday to finish five-under par for the tournament. Thomas Pieters also finished five under in the tournament.

Justin Rose and Sergio Garcia are in the final pairing, ahead of that five under pace set by Kuchar. There is still a chance that Kuchar ends up winning The Masters, but he’ll some help to get the Green Jacket.
