Freddie Freeman $3600 – Freeman is batting .333 so far this year with two home runs and five runs scored. He gets a favorable matchup against right handed pitcher Tom Koehler tonight, who has been known to give up some moon shots. Koehler is already allowing a .332 average to left handed batters, and Freeman will be looking to raise it higher. **

High Value Option

Chris Davis $3300 – Davis is batting .333 so far this season with one home run and three runs scored. He will be facing the Red Sox righty Steven Wright and his 5.40 earned run average. The Orioles and Red Sox both have implied team run totals of close to five, which means there will be plenty of fantasy points to go around in this game, so don’t miss out on Davis. ***

Third Base

High Salary Option

Nolan Arenado $4900 – Arenado would be receiving five stars and a must play tag today except for the fact that his price tag is significantly higher than any other third baseman. The Rockies are projected the highest team run total overall today and have a great matchup against Zach Lee on their home field. Arenado is already batting .324 this season with three home runs, five runs batted in, and seven runs scored. This game will be an offensive beauty. ****

High Value Option

Jake Lamb $3400 – Lamb is the next best option at third if Arenado and his inflated price tag can’t find their way into your lineup. Matt Cain is allowing a .389 batting average to left handed batters and is dragging his 8.31 earned run average onto the mound with him. Lamb already has two home runs, ten runs batted in, and eight runs scored this season. Watch for the Diamondbacks to get on top of Cain early in this one. ***
