Heading into the last night of the NBA regular season, the playoff matchups in the Eastern Conference are still undetermined. FanSided has you covered with the possible playoff scenarios.

Most of the teams are locked into a certain seed in the East, but the top two are undetermined and the bottom three are fighting for the last two spots.

Clinch No. 1 seed – with win over Milwaukee Bucks

Clinch No. 2 seed – with loss to Milwaukee Bucks AND Cleveland Cavaliers win

Cleveland Cavaliers

Clinch No. 1 seed – with win over Toronto Raptors AND Boston Celtics loss

Clinch No. 2 seed – with loss to Toronto Raptors OR Boston Celtics win

Toronto Raptors

Clinched the No. 3 seed, will face the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs.

Washington Wizards

Clinched the No. 4 seed, will face the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the playoffs.

Clinched the No. 5 seed, will face the Washington Wizards in the first round of the playoffs.

Milwaukee Bucks

Under the scenario listed, it becomes very likely that Indiana makes the playoffs. It’s probably hardest for the Heat to sneak in, especially playing the Wizards on the road.
