LeBron James seriously only needs one hand to beat you. Here he is rifling this one-handed pass to Channing Frye for an easy bucket down low in Game 1.

The first game of the 2017 NBA Playoffs is underway with the No. 2 Cleveland Cavaliers hosting their Central Division rival in the No. 7 Indiana Pacers on Saturday afternoon. Indiana may be able to put up a fight in this series, but Cleveland still has LeBron James.

James looks to be locked-in already because it’s playoff time. He is an excellent distributor of the rock. With only his right hand palming the basketball, he gives his best audition to be the next starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns on this delicious dime.

It may have only been a couple of yards downfield, but James hit teammate Channing Frye in the chest for an easy two points. If Browns head coach Hue Jackson is watching this game, he may need to give Cavaliers general manager David Griffin a call about getting James on a loan for a couple of starts in 2017.

This pass was ridiculous because we all kind of knew that it was coming. Usually when a guy palms the ball out on the perimeter, he’s trying to show off he cool he is in possessing the basketball.

It was only a matter of time before a Cavalier would cut to the basket for James to feed him the rock. Frye mostly lives out on the perimeter as the Cavaliers’ stretch-5. However, he is a big man by nature and is excellent in the paint in his own right.

Indiana is being more of a handful than Cleveland probably expected. The Cavaliers didn’t play well down the stretch, but they still have James and these are the NBA Playoffs. He knows the drill.
