The series final of Girls, episode 62 entitled ‘Latching,’ airs on Sunday, April 16, and here’s all the info you need to watch
After six seasons, Girls will come to an end on Sunday, April 16. The show created by and starring Lena Dunham has developed a strong and devoted following since it premiere in 2012. Now it’ll finally conclude in a hopefully fulfilling way with the Girls series finale entitled “Latching.”
There hasn’t been an official synopsis for the Girls series finale released just yet. However, it appears that all we can assume is that everything is going to change for the group of friends. Though they’ve all made up — to varying degrees of course — they all seem to be on with new things, some of them (Hannah) in new places.
Perhaps the biggest thing that we can look for in the finale is closure. That’s likely what the likes of Shoshanna, Marnie, Hannah and everyone else will be looking for as well. Most of the time, that’s the goal of a finale. However, you can’t rule out the possibility of the show turning that on its head.
As it has throughout the show, Girls will air on HBO on Sunday night. Subsequently, there are numerous streaming options. You can live stream the finale on HBO Now and HBO Go, the latter which requires a subscription to the channel in your service package and the former which is a standalone paid subscription. Meanwhil

For a show that’s been so emotional to this point, we can only imagine that the series finale will be the same. There will surely be nostalgia, but also the poignant realism that has made the show last this long. It’ll be an emotional goodbye to Girls, but hopefully they send us off happy.
