Eric Carter’s bad day comes to an end in the 24: Legacy season finale. Here’s how you can watch season 1, episode 12 live, on TV and online.
The clock is about to run out on FOX‘s 24: Legacy. The season finale of the network’s real-time reboot airs Monday, with the future of the series still as uncertain as Eric Carter’s mission.
Season 1, episode 12 is called “11:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M.” as Carter (Corey Hawkins) carries the weight of the world on his shoulders, with CTU depending on him to do what it takes to save the day. His old boss Rebecca Ingram (Miranda Otto) is in dire straits after saving her husband, Senator John Donovan (Jimmy Smits), and of course Carter isn’t going to leave a colleague behind.
But will the series throw one last plot twist at him, possibly to set up a cliffhanger and entice the network to order a second season? The original 24 was known for its heartbreaking conclusion to Jack Bauer’s first bad day, and that series wasn’t in need of a ratings boost to keep going. Carter might want to make sure his wife is accounted for.
Here’s how FOX officially describes the finale:
"Rebecca’s deal to save Donovan doesn’t go as planned. Meanwhile, CTU must rely on Carter to go out into the field and facilitate an important exchange."
