Senators vs. Bruins: Game 6 prediction
Can the Boston Bruins extend their series against the Ottawa Senators in Game 6?
The Ottawa Senators and Boston Bruins will have the sixth game of their first round series on Sunday. While the former leads the latter 3-2 in the best of seven series, the latter has home ice advantage in Game 6. The Bruins avoided elimination in Game 5 with a double overtime winner. However, they face another must-win game on Sunday.
Ottawa is up 3-2 in the series, but they’re coming off a huge loss in Game 5. They must rebound and win on the road. This is nothing new for them, as they won both of the games in Boston this series. Ottawa has yet to lose at the TD Garden this season, as they have won four games there between the regular season and postseason.

Boston, however, must beat Ottawa at home for the first time this season. They’ve only won two games against them in eight games between the regular season and playoffs. Goaltender Tuukka Rask has been huge for them, helping them overcome a depleted blue line. Rookie defenseman Charlie McAvoy has been outstanding despite making his NHL debut in the playoffs. Brad Marchand hasn’t done much since scoring the game-winner in Game 1. He’ll have to be ready for Game 6 if the Bruins want to have a chance of coming back from a 3-1 series deficit.

Prediction
The Bruins manage to force a Game 7. Boston played very well in Game 5 and should have won the game before the second overtime. Karma will smile upon them, as the Bruins will win in regulation this time around in a close matchup and force a do-or-die matchup in Game 7 to see who advances to the second round.
Bruins beat Senators 3-2.
