Rudy Gobert puts Marreese Speights on a poster

In Game 4 of the first-round series between the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers, Rudy Gobert put Marreese Speights on a poster with this huge slam dunk.

The Jazz are fighting to defend their home court, as they look to even up the series at 2-2. Their rising superstar center, Rudy Gobert, had not played in all but 17 seconds of this series after the unfortunate knee injury in Game 1.

Gobert returned to the lineup Sunday night and made his presence known. As the Utah Jazz’s public relations team has been saying all playoffs long, fans should take note of this huge slam.

Hopefully Marreese Speights got a good smile in, because he’s featured in this Rudy Gobert masterpiece.

In Gobert’s return to the Jazz lineup, he had 10 points in the first half, while being perfect from the field and the free throw line. His major impact was on the defensive glass, leaving no second-chance opportunities for the Clippers.

The Jazz led 55-52 going into halftime, thanks to a few Gobert layups right before the end of the second quarter.

Gobert will need to have a similar second half in order to keep the Jazz in this game, especially with Gordon Hayward out for the rest of this game with food poisoning.

Speights, the other half of the poster, has been effective in Blake Griffin’s absence, giving the Clippers five points and a couple of rebounds in the first half.
