Ducks vs. Oilers live stream, Game 1: TV schedule, online and more
Here’s how you can watch Game 1 of the second round series between the Edmonton Oilers and Anaheim Ducks.
On Wednesday, April 26, the Anaheim Ducks will host the Edmonton Oilers at the Honda Center to start their second round series. The former beat the Calgary Flames in four games in the first round while the latter topped the San Jose Sharks in six games. While the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild saw their postseasons end prematurely, Anaheim and Edmonton are prepared to battle for the right to go to the Western Conference Finals.
Going into the series, the Ducks are the hotter team. They haven’t lost in regulation in over a month. However, Anaheim got done with their first round series quickly, so maybe their momentum has been stopped.
Hockey players get into a rhythm of playing every other day or once every three days. If said routine is stopped, it can be difficult to get back into it. Ryan Kesler and Rickard Rakell will look to help make sure this doesn’t happen. Anaheim is also hoping to get defenseman Cam Fowler back at some point, though probably not for Game 1.

On the other side of the ice, the Oilers are looking to get off to a strong start against Anaheim. Edmonton won the season series over them with a 3-2-0 record in five games. Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl lead a very potent Oilers attack while Cam Talbot leads their defense in goal.
