NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell appears to wipe his nose with his hand, then proceeds to wipe it on the back of a girl.

It cannot be easy being Roger Goodell, to sit in an office in New York City and oversee the largest and most prosperous sport in the world. On one side, he appears to be the smart, dedicated man who only wants to protect the shield. On the other, a soulless being whose desire for control and fear rivals that of Sauron.

The NFL Draft is one of the most entertaining events on the planet. Where else can you see fans from 32 football franchises gather together and heckle the very leader of the sport they enjoy? Who cares about the trade the Chicago Bears made to move up one position and take one of the most unproven commodities on the market. No. The fans’ reaction to Roger Goodell is worth the watch.

And, now there is this.

Flag on the play! And I am not sure if it was yellow or red, but there are definitely some hand signals leading to illegal use of hands. You can see NFL Commissioner Goodell intentionally wipe his nose with his left hand. Then, as he was escorting a young, disabled girl backstage, he wipes his hand on her back.

Commissioner Goodell, rubs are illegal in football. As is unwanted contact with officials. Plus, I am not sure this is a violation of the NFL’s personal conduct agreement, but I do believe it is neither sanitary or mannerly.
