DraftKings NBA Picks April 30

After a day off, the NBA Playoffs are back, and so are the DraftKings tournaments! One of the Eastern Conference semifinals start tonight, and we have a Game 7 in the West. Will that affect the performance?

More from DFS

My lineups were ruined by Bulls on Friday. If you owned a Bull, you were in trouble. They looked like they didn’t belong on the same court as Boston at the end of that series.

PG: Chris PaulĀ ($10,200): Paul has been money at home in this series. Honestly, he has been money all over. Paul has at least 47 DraftKings points in every game of the series. That is a high floor, and with John Wall only averaging 41 DraftKings points per game against Boston during the regular season, I will go with Paul having the bigger game in a Game 7.

SG: Avery Bradley ($6,100):Ā Bradley averaged 38 DraftKings points per game in his two games against Washington this year. On paper, this could be a very interesting series. Most of the high priced players did not meet their value in the four regular season meetings. There could be a lot of value plays in here. Bradley looks like one of those.

G: Marcus Smart ($5,200):Ā Smart closed strong against the Bulls. Actually, he was pretty strong the entire series. He only had one game below 5x value. I am hoping he keeps that up against Washington. He averaged 23.3 DraftKings points per game against Washington this year. That leaves him a little under value, but I really like his consistency. There hasn’t been a ton of that in the playoffs.

UTIL: Rodney Hood ($4,000):Ā If you look up inconsistency in the (online) dictionary, Rodney Hood’s mug should be staring right back at you. He was a bust in Game 6, but so was most of the Utah team. For this price, I’m comfortable taking a shot on Hood. Something tells me Utah will put up more of a fight in this one, even on the road.

Ā SF: Luc Richard Mbah a Moute ($4,300):Ā Mbah a Moute was big in Game 6. He now has at least 5x value in three of the last four games. He has been over 6x twice. That’s good enough for me. This is Game 7 people! Guys are gonna show up!

PF: ($7,900):Ā Gordon Hayward ($8,500):Ā Hayward has been dominant in the last four games except for the game when he was sick. He has had at least 48 DraftKings points in those games. He is still underpriced, and I will gladly play him for this fee. If I go down, so be it. Hayward is a must-play for me right now.

C: DeAndre Jordan ($7,400):Ā Jordan continues to battle Andre Drummond for the title of worst free throw shooter since Shaq, but what he does in between free throws has been exactly what the Clippers need without Blake Griffin. The Clippers’ future depends on this game. It’s the state of the NBA right now. Another first round exit could blow up this team. None of them want that. I’m seeing another strong game from Jordan.

F: Bojan Bogdanovic ($4,200):Ā Bogdanovic was a solid presence off the bench in the first round series, which is exactly what the Wizards were missing. He still relies mostly on shooting to get his value, but the good news is that he shot well against Boston in the regular season. Bogdanovic shot 49% from the field in 26 minutes per game. He may not see quite that exposure, so the 28 DraftKings points average that he sustained is probably too high, but he should easily hit 4x value.
