Does Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 have post-credits scenes that Marvel movies are famous for, and if so, how many does the film have?
The number of reasons to be excited for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 can hardly be counted on one hand. For one, the first movie featuring the rag-tag group of interstellar heroes is one of the best comic book films to date. Secondly, who doesn’t love Chris Pratt. And of course, the list goes on endlessly. However, comic book fans would have a hard time arguing that they also don’t enjoy the progression of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe.
With Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and each passing film, they’re all tied together — obviously. However, it’s also becoming clearer with every movie release that the moment where every hero is put in front of each other is coming. It’s going to be a glorious moment and it’s going to tear the roof off of every theater. Without question, one of the ways that Marvel and Disney have teased us is through post-credits scenes.
In the first Guardians film, this wasn’t so much the case, There were a pair of post-credits scenes, but neither were all that important. One was Baby Groot dancing while the other was Howard the Duck talking to The Collector. Not exactly groundbreaking stuff.
With such an important release in terms of quality, but also due to its timing in the MCU, it would make sense for the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 post-credits scenes to be a little more serious. But on that note, does Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 even have post-credits scenes?
According to Bustle, yes — Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has post-credits scenes.
