The Houston Rockets have dominated the NBA with exceptional play from MVP candidate James Harden and with a crazy volume of 3-pointers. Coach Mike D’Antoni brought his pace-and-space Seven Seconds or Less offense, put Harden at point guard and the rest has been history.

On Monday, the plan continued with a full head of steam. The Rockets hit 22-of-50 3-pointers playing with a 25-point lead for most of Game 1. Houston doubling Kawhi Leonard and stopping him from creating his own shot put the Spurs in a world of trouble offensively. Frustrated in Game 1, Coach Greg Popovich had no rotation to stop Clint Capela, Trevor Ariza, and anyone else not named Harden. Even somewhat keeping Harden in check, the Spurs were beaten in every other facet of the game.
