Charlotte Flair issues statement on leaked photos
WWE superstar and former RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair is the latest victim of a photo hacking scandal as nude photos were released online.
Just weeks ago, WWE fans were bombarded by the news of the Paige photo and video scandal. The former WWE Women’s Champion was the victim of a hack and it sent the internet into an uproar. A few days later, other former WWE employees were the victim of the same hack. Now it seems that there has been another victim: Charlotte Flair.
Right off of her move to SmackDown Live, nude photos leaked of Charlotte Flair on Wednesday night/early Thursday morning. It was a set of photos and they were obviously private in nature. Thus, even though it hadn’t been confirmed, it was clear that this was another hacker invading someone’s privacy for whatever cruel reason.
Following the leak, though, there was no word from anyone in Charlotte Flair’s camp or from WWE for quite some time. Finally, on Thursday afternoon, the former Women’s Champion sent out a statement via Twitter, saying that the pictures were stolen and demanding they be removed from wherever they’re posted:
Again, it’s important to remind everyone that Charlotte is the victim in this instance. Her privacy was severely violated by these hacker, just as Paige’s was a few weeks ago. Any talk lambasting her for the photos is misguided and, frankly, wrong.

Because of that, there shouldn’t be any action expected from WWE at this point. They didn’t do anything regarding Paige, Xavier Woods or anyone else. Thus, it wouldn’t make sense — nor would it be right — to take any action against Charlotte Flair. Let’s hope that she can move on from this and that she and the WWE universe can put it behind themselves and forget about it.
