Cleveland Cavaliers small forward LeBron James has already had his signature fastbreak slam against the Toronto Raptors early in Game 4 on Sunday afternoon.

It had been a lazy Sunday, but that was only because LeBron James hadn’t taken to the court yet. His Cavaliers were already up 3-0 on the Toronto Raptors in their best-of-seven series.

Cleveland has won all seven of its 2017 NBA playoff games so far. Toronto won’t bow down to Cleveland without a fight in Game 4 at the Air Canada Centre. However, the Raptors will need to do a better job of containing James in transition than they did on this fastbreak.

Cleveland is not only one of the better 3-point shooting teams in the NBA, the team is also lethal in transition. Whether it is a long rebound or a turnover, the Cavaliers can quickly get the ball into point guard Kyrie Irving’s hands to feed James like he did on this powerful transition slam.

Just about every ball game, James will display this level of vertical prowess. This fastbreak jam has become his signature on-court move over the years. This raw display of primal athleticism is too much for even the best rim protectors to even think about contesting.

The transition defense will gladly concede the possession to allow James to lift off and jam on whatever inferior team his Cavaliers are competing against. It’s still amazing that James is in his 14th NBA season and is still able to get the crowd to its feet with jams of this thunderous magnitude. How he has never been injured in an NBA season defies science.

Toronto has too much pride to keel over without its best effort on Sunday afternoon. However, the Raptors are without their All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry, as he is dealing with an ankle injury suffered in Game 2 in Cleveland.
