Can the Nashville Predators finish off the St. Louis Blues at home? Here’s how you can watch Game 6 of their series via live stream.
With their backs against the wall and facing elimination, the St. Louis Blues extended their series against the Nashville Predators with a Game 5 win. Their 2-1 win was their most impressive win of the second round matchup, as they outshot Nashville 32-22. The Blues played with the proper level of desperation to avoid facing elimination at home. Now they must win the next two games in order to make a return to the Western Conference Finals.
Jake Allen played well for the Blues, stopping 21 of the 22 shots on goal he saw. Dmitrij Jaskin scored his first goal of the playoffs while Jaden Schwartz put up his fourth of the postseason as the game winner. Alex Pietrangelo, Vladimir Sobotka and Colton Parayko each picked up an assist.
On the other end of the ice, Nashville must rebound from a disappointing performance in Game 5. They didn’t play with nearly enough killer instinct, letting the Blues gain some confidence with a win. Now Nashville has to win at home in Game 6 in order to prevent a Game 7 on the road. Their lone goal in the previous game came from James Neal. Pekka Rinne stopped 30 of the 32 shots he faced, so he’s pulling his own weight for sure.
