The Washington Capitals look to avoid elimination against the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 6 on Monday. Here’s how you can watch online via live stream.

Down 3-1 to the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Washington Capitals extended their season with a 4-2 win over them on Saturday. Entering the final 20 minutes, the Caps were down 2-1. But led by Alex Ovechkin and Evgeny Kuznetsov, they scored three goals in the third period to force a Game 6. This time, the Caps will have to win on the road at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.

Washington has a lot they can build on going into Game 6. Their third period in Game 5 was arguably their best of the series. Goaltender Braden Holtby finally looked comfortable and perhaps built some confidence moving forward. They might have even shifted the pressure over to Pittsburgh, as the Penguins couldn’t win despite getting Sidney Crosby back after he missed Game 4 due to a concussion.

On the other side of the ice, the Pens have to be feeling pretty bad about their effort in Game 5. They had the opportunity to put the Caps away, but couldn’t hang on. Pittsburgh has been outshot in every game this series and Washington finally seems to have some confidence. It’s time for Marc-Andre Fleury, Evgeni Malkin, Phil Kessel and Crosby to carry this team into the Eastern Conference Finals.
