6. LeBron James over Jason Terry
One of the few dunks on this list in which the player earned a technical foul immediately following the dunk.
Dwyane Wade finds his name on the list for two consecutive dunks, however, he didn’t appear on the poster. He just ignited the play. As Jason Terry was bringing the ball up the court, Wade slapped the ball from behind and dumped it off to Mario Chalmers.
Chalmers dumped it off to nearby Norris Cole, who spotted the incoming LeBron James. Cole lobbed it up perfectly for James, who rose up and made a poster
The King bodied Terry, who was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, and finished off the dunk in royal fashion.
Terry’s body smacked down on the hardwood and when he opened his eyes, he saw a terrifying image. James stood tall over the Celtics guard, in triumph, staring down his latest victim.
James walked away with a blank expression as Terry’s teammates rushed to help him up. The King earned a technical foul for taunting, but he didn’t care. The damage had been done, James had just figuratively and almost literally killed a man.
