Every NBA franchise has a player on their roster that could fit in WWE. Oh, it’s true. It’s true. For this list, here’s one player from all 30 NBA teams that could be on WWE’s roster.

During the 2016 ESPY Awards, WWE superstar John Cena compared the stories of his place of employment to the NBA. And yes, he had a fairly good argument as to how similar the NBA and WWE really are when you sit down and think about it.

The NBA Playoffs are a time of big moments, drastic turn of events and stars to shine bright. It’s basically WrestleMania, but without a ring. The ring is the 94-floor hardwood court that turns stars into superstars and superstars into legends.

With the playoffs going on as we speak in the NBA, we thought to take the NBA-WWE comparison just a little bit further. Every franchise in the postseason — and those already preparing for the 2017-18 campaign — has at least one player on their roster that could cut it as a WWE superstar. You’re totally kidding yourself if you don’t think Draymond Green wouldn’t be an all-time great heel (that’s a bad guy for those not familiar with wrestling lingo) in WWE.

We’ll get into the Golden State Warriors here in a bit, but for now, enjoy the 30 NBA players that could build a career in WWE, starting with the Atlanta Hawks (who should probably bring Sir Foster along for playing their representative’s theme song).

Kent Bazemore: NBA bench legend, future WWE star?

Atlanta Hawks – “Clark” Kent Bazemore

Not only did Kent Bazemore re-up on a fresh new contract with the Atlanta Hawks last summer, he has become the bench celebration king over time in the NBA, dating back to his time with the Golden State Warriors.

Bazemore would be a perfect manager and/or supportive member in a stable if he came to WWE. He’s supportive, he’s energetic and if he needs to, he can square up and handle business himself. Think of Bazemore as another version of Xavier Woods, one of the three members in the The New Day. He can talk, he can dance and he can perform.

Personally, I just want him in WWE so they can make a “He’s not gonna Baze less” shirt that I would probably wear every single day if it was made available to me.

Finishing move: It can’t be anything other than the “Superman Punch” if he’s Clark Kent Bazemore. Duh.
