With the NBA Finals fast approaching, let’s take a step back and look at some of our favorite potential matchups from the remaining teams.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The birds are singing, the weather is wonderful and livin’ is easy.

Though all of the fans of the NBA are faced with the horrific thought that the end of the season is approaching, we can all embrace the majesty that is the NBA Finals. A time when players are forced to put on their big boy pants, the Finals serve as the catapult for those looking to live on in eternal basketball glory (or infamy).

Now is a time when we can reflect on all of the great NBA Finals in year’s past. From the Lakers and Celtics in the 80’s to the Bulls’ championship dynasty in the 90’s to the most recent Warriors/Cavaliers finals monopoly over the entire league, the end of the NBA season can offer many potential scenarios.

From LeBron and the Cavs, James Harden and his mammoth stats to the Warriors and their super-team, we have a variety of matchup possibilities. Here are our favorites.
