ROH War of the Worlds 2017 is set to take over Hammerstein Ballroom on Friday, May 12, so follow all the results and highlights from the show

Without question, Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling are two of the most popular and best pro wrestling promotions on the planet. So the fact that they have a working relationship is just a bonus for fans. That’s true whenever there’s just one appearance. However, it’s freaking Christmas for wrestling fans when they have a big crossover show. That’s what set at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, NY on Friday, May 12 as ROH War of the Worlds 2017 is ready to go on.

On the third night of a four-night tour that culminates with this show, it should be a massively fun time as the best of both promotions are on display. What’s more, the best of both promotions will square off against one another, both in title and non-title matches.

In what will likely be the main event of ROH War of the Worlds 2017, ROH World Champion Christopher Daniels defends his title against both Cody and Jay Lethal in a three-way match. This trio can all tear it down in the squared circle. As such, this is definitively a match to watch for fans. So too is the TV title match as “The Villain” Marty Scurll defends his belt against Matt Sydal.

Also on the card in terms of title defenses will be a huge bout for the tag belts. The Young Bucks make their way to ROH War of the Worlds 2017 as they’ll face Tetsuya Naito and Bushi of Los Ingobernables de Japon. The results should be phenomenal. So too should the non-title match between Adam Cole and Hiroshi Tanahashi, two of the best overall performers in the world.

Needless to say, this is the type of show you can’t afford to miss out on. And you don’t have to as we’ll track all of the results and highlights below once the bell rings at 9:00 p.m. ET.
