Good news, Warriors fans. Andre Iguodala’s MRI came back clean, but he is still questionable for Game 2.

After only playing 10 minutes in the first game of the NBA Western Conference Finals due to discomfort in his knee, the Golden State Warriors’ Andre Iguodala was sent to the doctors to get an MRI on Monday. The results came back clean, but he is still questionable for Game 2 on Tuesday against the San Antonio Spurs.

According to the Vertical’s Shams Charania, there is no structural damage to his sore left knee.

Iguodala did not practice on Monday, and if he misses Game 2 on Tuesday, he will have nearly one week of rest to rehabilitate his knee.

On Sunday, Iguodala was limited to 10 minutes and recorded 2 points, 1 assist, and one steal. He was pulled out of the game in the second quarter and didn’t play in the second half. Coach Mike Brown said that Iguodala was hobbling around on the court and didn’t look comfortable.

“He looked just a little hobbled out there” coach Mike Brown said of Iguodala.

Iguodala is an important player for the Warriors as he is the main guy off the bench. However, if he sits out for more than one game this series, it will not be too bad as the Spurs’ Kawhi Leonard will most likely sit out more than one game as well due to an ankle injury that happened in Game 1 of this series.

But the Warriors will need him to be healthy if they get past the Spurs and face the dominant LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

The 2015 NBA Finals MVP is currently averaging 7.0 points, 3.3 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game this playoff.
