Mark Jackson used to coach the Golden State Warriors. Now he told us how Kevin Durant to Golden State would make him be “rolling on the bed with a pillow.”

Once again, the San Antonio Spurs were no match for the Golden State Warriors in Game 3 of the 2017 Western Conference Finals. Golden State would take a 3-0 series lead on the road in San Antonio, 120-108, on Saturday night.

The game had already swung on Golden State’s favor, but ESPN’s Mark Jackson definitely stole the show with one of the most head-scratching quotes of all time. Jackson used to coach the Warriors before head coach Steve Kerr arrived in 2014-15. He now calls game in a three-man booth alongside Mike Green and Jeff Van Gundy.

When Golden State was up 108-95 in the fourth quarter, Jackson had to make the strangest comment about Kevin Durant’s arrival to the Warriors. Jackson said, “If I was the coach or the GM, or the owner, and I got work that Kevin Durant decided to come to my team, I’m going back to the hotel room and rolling on the bed with the pillow.”

Breen would sarcastically utter, “Lord knows what you would do”, while Van Gundy would try to be a little more empathetic, albeit in a state of complete confusion, saying, “I’m trying to picture what you’re saying of ‘rolling on the bead with the pillow'”.

Jackson would defend his remark by saying,” I’m just gonna be so excited and happy and just want to have a good time.” That slight clarification by Jackson might indicate that he might be as thrilled as a kid going to a grade school slumber party.

For a grown man, well, okay then. However, getting Durant to come to your basketball team is definitely time to celebrate. Now we all know how Jackson celebrates good fortune in his life. I’m sorry Mr. Jackson, but are you for real?
